1. Which features use AI
- Health Blueprint — generates a personalized longevity plan from your assessment answers.
- Meal Planner, Fitness Planner, Supplement Stack Builder — generate suggested plans and protocols.
- Sleep Optimizer, Stress & Recovery, Biomarker Targets — generate educational guidance and target ranges.
- Lab Analyzer — summarizes and contextualizes lab values you upload.
Free tools such as the biological age calculator, VO2 max estimator, habit tracker, and symptom decoder use deterministic formulas rather than generative AI, and are labeled as estimates.
2. AI output can be wrong
Large language models generate plausible text; they do not verify facts. Output may be inaccurate, outdated, internally inconsistent, or confidently incorrect ("hallucinated"), including invented citations, dosages, or reference ranges. Identical inputs may produce different outputs on different runs.
Always verify AI-generated health guidance with a qualified professional before acting on it. AI output is educational content only and is subject to our Medical Disclaimer.
3. Human oversight
No clinician reviews AI output before you see it. Aevon applies safety constraints in its prompts and filters inputs to reduce prompt-injection and abuse, but these controls are not a substitute for professional judgment. You remain responsible for decisions you make.
4. How your data is used with AI
- Your assessment answers and tool inputs are sent to our AI provider solely to generate your output.
- Our providers are contractually prohibited from using your data to train their models.
- We do not use your individual health inputs to train any model of our own.
- Generated outputs are stored in your account so you can revisit them, and are deleted when you delete your account.
- Do not paste information you do not want processed, including other people's medical records or government identifiers.
5. Not automated decision-making with legal effect
Aevon's AI does not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you — it does not determine insurance eligibility, employment, credit, or access to healthcare. Under Art. 22 GDPR you retain the right to request human review of any output you believe is unfair or inaccurate; email info@aevonhealth.com.
6. Availability and change
AI features depend on third-party model providers and may be delayed, rate-limited, or temporarily unavailable. Models and prompts change over time, so guidance you received previously may differ from what the same inputs produce today.
7. Reporting harmful output
If an AI feature produces unsafe, discriminatory, or clearly incorrect health guidance, please report it to info@aevonhealth.com with the tool name and a copy of the output. We investigate all safety reports.
