Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: August 2, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses Aevon Health and forms part of our Terms of Service. It exists to keep the platform safe, lawful, and useful for everyone.

1. Prohibited conduct

  • Using the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Uploading another person's medical records, lab results, or personal data without their explicit authorization.
  • Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or organization.
  • Harassing, threatening, defaming, or discriminating against others.
  • Uploading malware, or content that is obscene, exploitative, or promotes self-harm, disordered eating, or dangerous dosing.
  • Submitting deliberately false information to manipulate scores, trials, coupons, or refunds.

2. Platform and security rules

  • Do not scrape, crawl, or bulk-download content except as permitted by our robots.txt.
  • Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, prompts, or scoring models.
  • Do not circumvent paywalls, authentication, rate limits, entitlement checks, or any other access control.
  • Do not share, resell, or sublicense your account or Pro access.
  • Do not conduct load testing, penetration testing, or vulnerability scanning without our prior written consent.
  • Do not interfere with the integrity or performance of the Services or the data of other users.

3. AI-specific rules

  • Do not attempt prompt injection, jailbreaking, or otherwise manipulate our AI tools into ignoring safety instructions.
  • Do not use outputs to provide clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic services to third parties.
  • Do not use the Services to generate content that encourages harmful dosing, unsupervised fasting for at-risk people, or the misuse of prescription medication.
  • Do not use outputs to train competing models or to build a derivative product.
  • Do not present AI output as human clinical opinion or as verified medical fact.

4. Commercial and content use

Aevon content is licensed for personal use. Republishing articles, scores, blueprints, or imagery — in whole or substantial part — for commercial purposes requires written permission. Short quotations with attribution and a link to the source page are welcome.

5. Reporting and enforcement

Report abuse, security issues, or violations to info@aevonhealth.com. For suspected vulnerabilities, please include reproduction steps and give us reasonable time to remediate before public disclosure; we will not pursue good-faith security research that respects user privacy and avoids service disruption.

Depending on severity, we may warn you, rate-limit or restrict features, remove content, suspend or terminate your account without refund, and where appropriate report conduct to law enforcement.
